- Many RightCrowd clients use the RightCrowd workflow engine for various integration requirements. Workflows can be configured for Visitor Management. When incorporated with the Kiosk module, the visitor management process will incorporate a number of controls that enable efficient flow of visitors into and out of multiple locations and or buildings.
Large Industrial RightCrowd clients, use the RightCrowd Contractor Pre-registration process to push outside their firewalls. When contractors are preparing to go to site, all their approvals and competencies are pre-registered and authorised in the system.
These clients have an extensive workflow configuration, where the system does all the pre-checks prior to a person’s arrival at the facility. The system is very robust, where many clients will facilitate up to 90,000 workflow requests every 6 months. No one can get onsite unless the system process has them approved.
